Since 1724, as the heirs to the original producers the CAUMALE de GAUBE family, the de MURET family tradition has not only produced for generations but enhanced in quality a prestigious Armagnac known to connoisseurs as a "Grand Bas-Armagnac".
Following the remarkable development work done by his father, Jacques Corderoy du Tiers (+), Henri Corderoy du Tiers, son of Martine de Muret (+) continues the family tradition with the same passion.
For generations the Muret family tradition has produced a prestigious Armagnac known to connaisseurs as "Grand Bas-Armagnac". Today, the vineyard belongs to Henri Corderoy du Tiers who continues the tradition. White wines are distilled once and then aged in the oak barrels which give a subtle, mature taste and a fiery color. Once bottled, the Armagnac no longer ages.
